How do I cancel or modify an active order?

Go to your Profile → Order History, select the active order. If the shop owner hasn't packaged it, you can tap 'Cancel Order' for an instant refund.

How long does verification take?

Verification is instantaneous. However, some order approvals may take up to 10 minutes depending on the merchant's location.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees are dynamically calculated based on the distance between the boutique and your delivery address. They are displayed transparently before payment.

Do you offer international shipping within the GCC?

Yes. Joud supports cross-border shipping across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Egypt via premium courier services.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods are supported?

We process payments securely via Tap Payments. We support Apple Pay, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), Mada (KSA), and Knet (Kuwait).

How long do refunds take to process?

Once a refund is approved by the merchant or support team, it is initiated instantly. It typically reflects in your bank statement in 3 to 7 business days.
