To submit a premium experience to the iOS App Store and guarantee standard multi-vendor routing, we collect and process specific personal data linked directly to your identity. Here is a clear summary:

- With boutique shop owners on our marketplace so they can package and deliver your specific products.
- With verified courier services (e.g. Aramex, DHL) to ship parcels to your address.
- With payment aggregators (Tap Payments) to process checkout transactions.
- With Firebase/Apple APNs to dispatch push alerts.
3. Data Security
All network traffic to and from Joud APIs is encrypted using industry-standard TLS. Database contents are secured behind advanced firewall policies, and password tokens are fully hashed using modern cryptographic algorithms.
4. Your Rights
Under regional regulations and App Store compliance rules, you have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data. You can delete your profile directly from the Settings section of the Joud app, or email us at support@joud-app.com for support.
